Print-to-order
Every poster is produced after you order it — there's no warehouse of pre-printed copies. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28), goods that are made to order or personalised are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. So we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
What we will replace
We will replace, free of charge, any poster that:
- arrives damaged in transit (creases, tears, water damage);
- has a printing defect (banding, colour cast, smudge, misregister);
- doesn't match the design you ordered.
Email hello@decoisles.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue and your order reference (in the Stripe receipt). We'll arrange a replacement at no cost — you don't need to send the original back.
Lost in transit
If your poster doesn't arrive within the estimated window (UK 5 working days, Europe 14 working days, Rest of World 21 working days), get in touch and we'll either re-ship or refund. UK orders ship via Royal Mail; international via local carriers depending on destination.
Refund mechanics
Refunds — when applicable — are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
