1. Who we are

… is operated by Kernow Skies Ltd (the "Company", "we"). Our registered trading address is shown at the bottom of this page. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All posters are printed to order. Once you complete checkout we commit to producing your print and dispatching it to the address you provided at checkout. We accept payment in the currency shown at checkout (GBP unless stated otherwise) via Stripe.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices are shown on each poster page and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your chosen zone (UK, Europe, Rest of World). We reserve the right to adjust prices but you will always be charged the price shown when you placed the order.

4. Production & delivery

Posters are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner. UK orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days; Europe 5–10 working days; Rest of World 7–14 working days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & refunds

See our returns policy for details. In short: print-to-order goods are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under UK consumer law, but we will replace any item that arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

6. Image rights

All catalogue posters are original artworks produced by us using AI-illustration tools, drawing on Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons source imagery licensed for commercial use (CC0, public domain, and CC-BY family licences). Where attribution is required, full credits are maintained in our records and available on request.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
